The Financial DistrictFinancial District
The internationally recognized Financial District lies at the southernmost tip of Manhattan. Its architecture is unique, with many old office buildings being converted into luxurious apartments. The neighborhood offers access to almost every subway lines and is extremely convenient to get virtually anywhere in the city. The many new stores and restaurants added over the past few years and the waterfront make the Financial District a very desirable place to live.
